1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, product launches, promotional campaigns, or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where applicable.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, courier service, and any customs or delivery delays.

Perfucio is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address details, or non-payment of customs duties or import charges, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees, handling charges, or additional costs.
If a refund is approved for a returned undeliverable order, original shipping fees and any related costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier or shipping provider.
If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with an investigation.

Perfucio will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.
8. International Shipping
Perfucio may offer international shipping to selected destinations, subject to courier availability and fragrance shipping restrictions.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or additional charges applied by their country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
Perfucio is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import regulations, courier restrictions, or local delivery processes.
9. Fragrance Shipping Restrictions
Due to the nature of fragrance products, some shipping destinations may have restrictions on perfume, alcohol-based products, or aerosol-related items.
Perfucio reserves the right to cancel or refund any order that cannot be shipped due to legal, courier, customs, or destination restrictions.
If your order is affected by such restrictions, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
10. Order Cancellations Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately.
We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, packed, or dispatched. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and may need to be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, order size, or courier requirements.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking details for each package.
