1. Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, sprayed, damaged, or tampered products.
We may accept returns only if the item is:

Perfucio reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

If you purchased a Perfucio product from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly regarding their return policy.
3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We take great care when preparing every Perfucio order. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

Claims for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, a faulty item, or an item damaged in transit.
5. Exchanges
Perfucio may offer exchanges for eligible unopened and unused items, subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or alternative product recommendation.
Products that have been opened, sprayed, or used cannot be exchanged.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as Perfucio cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, packed, or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and may need to be handled as a return, subject to this policy.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may deduct shipping costs and any applicable handling fees from your refund.
